Abstract

ESPELHO MONTADO LATERALMENTE EM VEÍCULO COM SISTEMA DE DETECÇÃO DE OBJETO INTEGRADO. Trata-se de um sistema de detecção de objeto lateral (SOD) que é integrado na montagem de espelho retrovisor lateral (10) de um veículo para alertar os operadores de veículo automotor quanto à presença de outro veículo em movimento em uma zona monitorada. O sistema SOD combina um transmissor óptico (26), um receptor óptico (28) e uma placa do sistema (30) eletricamente acoplada ao transmissor óptico e ao receptor óptico.
