PRODUTOS DA BACTÉRIA DO ÁCIDO LÁTICO E DA BÍFIDA-BACTÉRIA COM UM ALTO GRAU DE DISPERSIBILIDADE. A presente invenção refere-se aos produtos liofilizados das bactérias do ácido lático e da bífida-bactéria, caracterizados pelo alto grau de dispersibilidade graças ao uso de poliálcoois e/ou açúcares como agentes dispersantes. As dispersões líquidas desses produtos liofilizados são caracterizadas por um elevado grau de estabilidade.
