Abstract
DETERMINACÃO DE CONCENTRACÃO EM UMA CAMADA-BARREIRA DE DIFUSÃO. A presente invenção está relacionada a tiras de biosensor eletroquímico aperfeiçoadas e métodos para determinar a concentração de um analito em uma amostra. Através de seletivamente medir uma espécie mensurável residindo em uma camada-barreira de difusão, para a exclusão substancial das espécies mensuráveis residindo exterior à camada-barreira de difusão, erros de medição introduzidos por constituintes da amostra, tais como glóbulos vermelhos do sangue, e variâncias de fabricação, podem ser reduzidos.
