A presente invenção refere-se a uma bolsa solúvel em água e contendo líquido fabricada a partir de uma película que compreende um copolímero de ácido dicarboxílico, de preferência ácido itacônico, e sendo que o líquido contido no interior da bolsa compreende componentes iônicos dissolvidos selecionados do grupo formado por carboxilatos, fosfonatos e misturas dos mesmos.
