MARCADORES IMOBILIZADOS E MÉTODOS DE DETECÇÃO DE PRIONS CONFORMACIONALMENTE ALTERADOS A presente invenção proporciona métodos de tornar marcadores imobilizados que são específicos para proteínas prions, métodos de uso de tais marcadores para ligar, detectar, e remover proteínas prions de amostras, e kits para desenvolver a invenção. A invenção divulga marcadores imobilizados que são fechados numa configuração particular, pre-determinada e que retém sua atividade e especificidade mesmo quando exposto a condições que poderiam tipicamente alterar sua atividade e especificidade.
