Abstract
PROTEÍNA DE TRANSPORTE PARA INTRODUÇÃO DE COMPOSTOS QUÍMICOS EM CÉLULAS NERVOSAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma proteína de transporte, obtenível por modificação da cadeia pesada da neurotoxina formada por Clostridium botulinum, sendo que a proteína se liga especificamente a células nervosas, com afinidade mais alta do que a neurotoxina nativa. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a processos para produção da proteína de transporte, dos ácidos nucléicos que codificam a proteína de transporte, da composição farmacêutica e cosmética que contém a proteína de transporte, bem como ao uso da mesma.
