PROTEÍNAS VEGETAIS OU LEITE FERMENTADO COMPREENDENDO LIGANDO DE RECEPTOR E USO DOS MESMOS A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de composições compreendendo ligandos de receptor alcançáveis por um processo compreendendo a fermentação de um material de alimento, compreendendo proteínas vegetais ou leite animal, com bactérias de ácido lático para obter um material de alimentação ou alimento fermentado que compreende ligandos de adrenor-receptores específicos e/ou receptores de serotonina. O material de alimentação ou alimento fermentado é útil, por exemplo, para reduzir e/ou estabilizar a freqüência cardíaca em um mamífero. Pode, além disso, ser empregado para o tratamento e/ou alivio de disfunções eréteis e para tratamento e/ou alivio de hipertrofia prostática benigna (BPH), em um mamífero.
