Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA PURIFICAR MOLÉCULAS CONTENDO CORRINA. A invenção diz respeito a materiais adsorventes de afinidade que contêm grupos funcionais de alta especificidade, em particular tetrazolo, capazes de se ligarem a compostos contendo corrina, tal coma cobalamina (Cbl, ou vitamina B~ 12~). A invenção também diz respeito a métodos para fabricar tais materiais adsorventes e seu uso na purificação de moléculas contendo corrina, tal como cobalamina. São também fornecidas composições contendo cobalamina purificadas pelo método.
