Abstract
LENTE DE CONTATO DE SILICONE HIDROGEL A presente invenção se refere a lentes de contato oftalmicamente compatíveis e incluem corpos de lentes configurados para a colocação em uma córnea de um olho humano ou animal. Os corpos de lentes são produzidos a partir de um material polimérico que contém silício hidrófilo. Os corpos de lentes apresentam permeabilidades a oxigênio, teor de água, umidificação de superfície, flexibilidade e/ou configuração para serem usados por um usuário de lente mesmo durante o sono. As lentes da presente invenção podem ser usadas em bases diárias, incluindo durante a noite, ou podem ser usadas por diversos dias, tal como por cerca de trinta dias, sem necessidade de remoção ou limpeza.
