Abstract
MÉTODO PARA ACABAR UMA SUPERFÍCIE FOLHEADA DE UM PRODUTO DE MADEIRA FOLHEADA, E, ARTIGO FOLHEADO REVESTIDO Um produto de madeira folheada é produzido empregando-se um sistema de acabamento de multicamadas, em que pelo menos uma das camadas de subsuperfície compreende um componente cationicamente polimerizável curável por UV. Os revestimentos baseados em componentes cationicamente polimerizáveis, curáveis por UV, parecem ser menos sensíveis à superexposição de UV e mais aderentes às fibras de madeira do que os correspondentes revestimentos baseados em componentes polimerizáveis em radical livre curáveis por UV. O sistema de acabamento de folheado de madeira de multicamadas pode fornecer melhorada adesão intercamadas ou melhorada resistência à rachadura do folheado, especialmente sob condições de fábrica.
