Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO DE REVESTIMENTO, REVESTIMENTO, DISPERSÃO DE PARTÍCULAS DE COPOLÍMERO INSATURADO, E, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UMA DISPERSÃO DE COPOLÍMERO INSATURADA São providas composições de revestimento, que podem ser aplicadas a partir de sistemas aquosos e contêm aglutinantes que são autooxidáveis para produzir a secagem rápida de revestimentos duros, os aglutinantes preferidos sendo à base de polímeros derivados a partir de monômeros obtidos pela reação da secagem de ácidos graxos de óleo de secagem e monômeros insaturados. Os polímeros contém microgéis, possuem uma baixa Tg e contêm insaturação residual; os copolímeros preferidos também contêm grupos amida. A secagem das composições de revestimento pode ser acelerada pelo uso de secantes metálicos e foi verificado ser possível o uso de baixos níveis de secantes vanádio.
