Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para melhorar os níveis de produção de proteínas ou peptídeos recombinantes ou melhorar o nível de proteínas ou peptídeos recombinantes ativos expressos em células hospedeiras. A invenção é um processo de comparar dois perfis genéticos de uma célula que expressa uma proteína recombinante e modificar a célula para alterar a expressão de um produto de gene que é sobre-regulado em resposta à expressão da proteína recombinante. O processo pode melhorara produção de proteína ou pode melhorar a qualidade da proteína, por exemplo, aumentando a solubilidade de uma proteína recombinante.
