Abstract
HIDROLISADOS DE PROTEÍNA PARA DIMINUIÇÃO DE PRESSÃO SANGUÍNEA A presente invenção descreve um processo para produzir IPP a partir de uma fonte de proteína, pelo que a proporção de IPP e VPP produzidos pela proteína é de pelo menos 5, de preferência pelo menos 10 e mais preferivelmente pelo menos 20, o qual compreende o uso de uma endoprotease prolina específica.
