Abstract
MATRIZ ADESIVA POLIMÉRICA COM GRUPOS CARBOXÍLICOS SALIFICADOS PARA USO TRANSDÉRMICO. A presente invenção refere-se a matrizes poliméricas para a liberação controlada de medicamentos para o uso transdérmico tópico compreendendo os copolímeros de ácido acrílico e/ou metacrílico ou ésteres dos mesmos tendo uma Tg mais baixa do que 0°C, cujos grupos carbóxi livres são salificados com bases orgânicas ou inorgânicas compatíveis. As matrizes da invenção permitem preparar sistemas terapêuticas para a liberação controlada de princípios ativas através da via transdérmica, resolvendo assim os problemas de estabilidade, solubilidade e/ou biodisponibilidade do ingrediente ativo dentro da matriz.
