Abstract
COMPOSTOS ELASTOMÉRICOS DE SÍLICA REFORÇADOS PREPARADOS COM MODIFICADORES LÍQUIDOS SECOS. A presente invenção fornece um processo para preparar um elastômero de halobutila preenchido, o qual inclui a mistura de um elastômero de halobutila com, pelo menos, um enchimento mineral e, pelo menos, um modificador liquido seco e, opcionalmente, a cura do elastômero preenchido com enxofre ou outros sistemas curativos. Elastômeros de halobutila preenchidos preparados de acordo com a presente invenção possuem níveis melhorados de dispersão de enchimento, o que resulta numa redução da dureza do composto e uma força de tensão aumentada.
