Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES E MÉTODOS PARA CO-DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE FÁRMACOS ANTICÂNCER, FÁRMACOS ANTIANGIOGÊNICOS E UM POLISSACARÍDEO. A presente invenção refere-se a polissacarídeos ramificados ligantes quimicamente solúveis, com um peso molecular na faixa de cerca de 50 kD a cerca de 200 kD, em combinação com um ou mais agentes terapêuticos. Também se apresentam métodos para seu uso em combinação com pelo menos um fármaco anticâncer para o tratamento e prevenção de câncer maligno. Além disso, apresentam-se métodos para uso da composição para o tratamento e prevenção de angiogênese.
