Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES DE REVESTIMENTO COM SUBSTRATO E SEUS USOS. Composições de revestimento, métodos de aplicar as composições de revestimento, e artigos incorporando as composições de revestimento são fornecidos. As composições de revestimento são úteis para revestir uma variedade de substratos para melhorar a aparência e impressão dos substratos. As composições de revestimento incorporam sistema de pigmento, um aglutinante, um sistema espessante. O sistema espessante incorpora um polímero de álcool polivinílico e um composto contendo boro tal como ácido bórico. As composições de revestimento exibem características de viscosidade iguais ou superiores às composições de revestimento que incorporam espessantes convencionais enquanto fornecem vantagens de custo sobre sistemas espessantes convencionais.
