Abstract
USO DE MELOXICAM EM MEDICINA VETERINÁRIA PARA O TRATAMENTO DE DOENÇAS INFLAMATÓRIAS DOLOROSAS. A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de uma formulação contendo meloxicam ou um sal de meloxicam farmaceuticamente aceitável de uma base orgânica ou inorgânica e um ou mais veículos para a preparação de uma composição médica veterinária tendo eficácia analgésica para o tratamento de doenças inflamatórias dolorosas, especificamente para o tratamento de casos de mastite branda e moderada. O tratamento leva a uma redução efetiva de longa duração de um estado de hiper-sensibilidade associado com a dor inflamatória em casos de mastite brandos ou moderados, especificamente os estados crônicos das mesmas.
