Abstract

SISTEMAS PARA DISPENSAÇÃO DE COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS LÍQUIDAS, EM PARTICULAR, COMPREENDENDO UM OU MAIS DE INIBIDORES DE SGLT-2. Sistemas e métodos são descritos para o(a)(s) tratamento e/ou prevenção de um distúrbio metabólico e/ou outra condição médica em um paciente (por exemplo, um felino) por meio da administração ao paciente de uma composição farmacêutica líquida, preferencialmente incluindo um ou mais de compostos inibidores de SGLT-2, por meio de um sistema de dispensação que inclui uma seringa. A seringa inclui recursos que facilitam a administração fácil, segura e eficaz de pequenas quantidades volumétricas da composição farmacêutica líquida ao paciente durante a administração.
