COMPOSTO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, USO DE UM COMPOSTO, MÉTODO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE UM SUJEITO QUE SOFRE DE UMA CONDIÇÃO PATOLÓGICA OU DOENÇA SUSCEPTÍVEL DE MELHORA PELA INIBIÇÃO DE FOSFODIETERASE 4 E PRODUTO COMBINADO A presente invenção se refere a novos derivados de piridazin-3 (2H)-ona terapeuticamente úteis, a processos para a preparação dos mesmos e a composição farmacêutuca contendo os mesmos.Os referidos compostos são inibidores potentes e seletivos de fosfodiesterase 4 (PDE4) e, desta forma, são úteis no tratamento, prevenção e supressão de condições patológicas, doenças e desordens conhecidas por serem susceptíveis de melhora pela inibição de PDE4, tais como asma, doença pulmonar obstrutiva crônica, artrite reumatóide, dermatite atópica, psoríase ou doença de intestino irritável.
