Abstract
SISTEMAS E MÉTODOS PARA BIORREATOR DESCARTÁVEL. A presente invenção refere-se, conseqüentemente, a um sistema biorreator que inclui um recipiente descartável para abrigar biomateriais para processamento, o recipiente biodescartável incluindo pelo menos uma abertura de admissão, pelo menos uma abertura de descarga, pelo menos uma abertura de coleta, e a integridade do ambiente estéril é protegida com filtros estéreis presos a todas as aberturas externas abertas, uma estrutura para suportar o recipiente descartável, ou um ou mais sensores para sensoriar um ou mais parâmetros dos biomateriais no recipiente, um aquecedor para aquecer o conteúdo do recipiente, o aquecedor tendo um termostato e sistema de mistura arranjados com o sistema, de tal modo que os biomateriais contidos no recipiente descartável sejam misturados.
