Abstract
RESINAS DE HDPE PARA USO EM TUBULAÇÃO DE PRESSÃO E APLICAÇÕES RELACIONADAS. A presente invenção fornece resinas de polietileno bimodais no qual o componente de copolímero de etileno de alto peso molecular tipicamente tem uma distribuição de peso molecular relativamente estreita, com teor de ramificação de cadeia curta sendo substancialmente constante através de sua distribuição do peso molecular. As resinas dessa invenção são tipicamente caracterizadas pela resistência e dureza aumentadas para diminuir propriedades de propagação de fissuras sendo úteis para aplicações em tubulações de pressão.
