Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR INIBIDORES DE DIPEPTIDIL PEPTIDASE IV E INTERMEDIÁRIOS PARA OS MESMOS. É fornecido um processo para a produção de inibidores de dipeptidil peptidase IV à base pirrolidina fundida com ciclopropil que emprega uma amina BOC-protegida da estrutura preparada submetendo-se um ácido da estrutura à aminação redutora por tratamento do ácido com formiato de amônio, nicotinamida adenina dinucleotídeo, ditiotreitol e concentrado de enzimas fenilalanina desidrogenase/formiato desidrogenase (PDH/FDH) parcialmente purificadas e sem isolamento tratar a amina resultante da estrutura 2 com dicarbonato de di-ter-butil para formar a amina BOC-protegida.
