Abstract
PROMOÇÃO DE COMPOSTOS REDUTORES DE PERMANGANATO DA CORRENTE DE PROCESSO E CARBONILAÇÃO DE METANOL Apresenta-se um aperfeiçoamento no processo de carbonilação de metanol para a fabricação de ácido acético.apresenta-se, especificamente, um método para reduzir a formação de iodetos de alquila e ácidos C3~ 8~ carboxílicos por remoção de compostos redutores de permanganato ("PRCs") da fase leve da corrente de parte superior de produtos leves condensada, incluindo (a) destilação da fase leve para fornecer uma corrente de parte superior enriquecida em PRC, e (b) extração da terceira corrente de parte superior com água em pelo menos dois estágios consecutivo e separação de uma ou mais correntes aquosas contendo PRCs.
