SISTEMA E MÉTODO PARA LIBERAÇÃO DE UM GRAMPO A UM LOCAL DE UM ARTÉRIA Sistema (1) para liberação de um grampo (9) ao local de uma artéria (2) que compreende um conduto de liberação (5) para inserção no lúmen de uma artéria através do qual um grampo pode ser liberado ao local, e um elemento alongado (6), tal como um cateter para um balão (7), para transmissão do avanço axial do conduto de liberação através da artéria em movimento da extremidade distal do conduto de liberação afastado do eixo longitudinal da artéria e em direção à parede arterial.
