Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE IMPLANTAÇÃO DE ÍONS EM UMA PEÇA DE LIGA DE ALUMÍNIO E PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE UMA LIGA DE ALUMÍNIO A invenção se refere a um dispositivo de implatação de íons em uma peça de liga de alumínio (5) que compreende uma fonte de [ions (6) que fornece íons acelerados por uma tensão de extração e primeiros meios de regulagem (7-11) de um feixe inicial (f1') se íons emitidos pela dita fonte (6) em um feixe de implatação (f1). A dita fonte (6) é uma fonte de ressonância ciclotrônica eletrônica que produz o feixe inicial (F1') de íons multi-energias que são implantados na peça (5) a uma temperatura inferior a 120 . A implatação desses íons multi-energia do feixe de implatação (f1) regulado por intermédio dos ditos meios de regulagem (7-11) é efetuada simultaneamente a uma profundidade controlada pela tensão de extração da fonte.
