A invenção refere-se a novas carcoxamidas da fórmula geral (l) na qual A, B e R^1^ a R^5^estão definidos tal como na reivindicação 1, seus tautômeros, seus enantiômeros, seus diasterômeros, suas misturas e seussais, particulamente, seus sais fisiologicamente compatíveis com ácidos ou bases inorgânicos ou orgânocos, que apresentam propriedades valiosas. Os compostos têm um efeito anti-trombótico e são inibidores do fator Xa.
