"PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE SUBSTÂNCIAS DOTADAS DE CARACTERÍSTICAS SENSORIAIS E COMPOSIÇÕES CONTENDO TAIS SUBSTÂNCIAS". A presente invenção trata de um processo de produção de substâncias dotadas de características sensoriais, sendo que tal processo se dá por meio de cultivo de microrganismos, preferencialmente microrganismos encontrados em mostos de fruta e isolados de frutos tropicais. A presente invenção também trata de composições contendo tais substâncias, composições estas com finalidades alimentícias, cosméticas e/ou farmacêuticas.
