Para vários tipos de móveis, de forma automatizada para cada uma das etapas, sendo inicialmente efetuada a montagem das peças (P) em carrinhos de transporte (1), e as peças (P) alinhadas em um módulo de montagem (6), seguindo para um módulo de pintura (13), encaixadas em um dispositivo de giro e em um gabarito (26), recebendo aplicação por um conjunto de pistolas (41). seguindo para módulo de secagem (14), onde as peças (P) são secas em uma compartimento (42) de secagem. e finalmente, para um módulo de lixamento (15), onde as peças (P) são lixadas por rolo de lixas (45) para o lixamento e polimento do material anteriormente aplicado.
