A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo eletrônico, transistor com base metálica e com características elétricas dependentes do campo magnético ao qual está submetido, no qual o emissor é constituído de material semicondutor molecular polimérico, que apresenta magnetoresistência, e que utiliza como coletor uma lâmina de silício monocristalino.
