A invenção refere-se a um processo de tratamento cosmético para prevenir e/ou tratar as peles sensíveis e/ou seca, compreendendo a administração oral, de pelo menos uma quantidade eficaz de pelo menos um microorganismo notadamente probiótico e/ou uma de suas frações e/ou um de seus metabólitos em associação com uma quantidade eficaz de pelo menos um cátion mineral divalente.
