Patente de invenção para um conjunto de equipamentos eletrônicos, composto de um grupos de rádios transceptores (fig. 1), um suporte de comunicação (fig. 2) e um grupo de postos de atendimento (fig. 4) que tem como função principal facilitar o aviso através de radiofreqüência a funcionários de empresas de varejo que trabalham em lojas de auto-atendimento da existência de clientes no estabelecimento que buscam informações sobre produtos e não estão localizando naquele momento funcionários para resolver situação.
