Abstract
PRENDEDOR WOIA DE AUTOFIXAÇAO PARA FIXAÇÃO A UM PAINEL DE METAL E METODO DE FIXAÇÃO DO MESMO O prendedor fêmea de autofixação (20) desta invenção inclui uma ranhura reentrante (30) dotada de urna parede de fundo em forma de "V" (36) que inclui faces de fundo (38) relativamente inclinadas de igual largura tendo um ápice (40) arqueado centrado por baixo da abertura restringida da ranhura (30). Uma matriz desloca uma parte de painel através da abertura de ranhura restringida contra as faces de fundo (38), deslocando a parte de painel dentro do ápice (40) e para dentro por baixo da parede lateral interna inclinada (32) e para fora por baixo da parede lateral externa inclinada (34) da ranhura (30), resultando em uma meibor instalação e acomodação de uma faixa de espessuras de painel mais amplas. A parede de fundo (36) em forma de "V" também centraliza e equilibra os rolos durante o processo de laminação, resultando em uma seção transversal mais precisa do prendedor (20).
