Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA SELEÇÃO DE REDES, APARELHO COM PRIORIZAÇÃO DE UMA REDE DOMÉSTICA EM REGIÕES E RESPECTIVO SISTEMA DE COMUNICAÇÃO São revelados métodos de seleção de redes e aparelhos com priorização de redes domésticas em regiões fronteiriças. Em um exemplo ilustrativo, uma estação móvel (200) é associada com uma rede de comunicação doméstica (402) tendo um código de região doméstico móvel (MCC). Estando fora da região da rede doméstica, porém, a estação móvel (200) seleciona e opera com uma rede de comunicação não doméstica (406) tendo um MCC visitante. Depois do vencimento de um cronômetro, a estação móvel (200) esquadrinha para identificar uma pluralidade de redes em uma área de cobertura dentro da qual a estação móvel (200) está operando. Se a rede doméstica (402) tendo o MCC doméstico é identificada como estando disponível, a estação móvel (200) seleciona e operacom a rede doméstica (200). Caso contrário, se a rede não doméstica (406) tendo o MCC visitante sido identificado como estando disponível, a estação móvel (200) seleciona e opera com a rede não doméstica (406).
