Abstract
MÉTODOS E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA IMPEDIR AS FORMAÇÕES DE BIOFILME, REDUZINDO OS BIOFILMES EXISTENTES, E PARA REDUZIR OS BIOFILMES EXISTENTES, E PARA REDUZIR AS POPULAÇÕES DE BACTÉRIA. A presente invenção se refere às composições e aos métodos para impedir a formação de biofilme, reduzindo o biofilme existente, e/ou reduzindo as populações de bactérias patogênicas, indicadoras, e deteriorantes. Em um exemplo, são divulgados fermentados acelulares usando a espécie Lactobacilius, a espécie Pediococcus, e/ou a espécie Lactococcus usada separadamente, em combinação, ou combinadas com o extrato da alga Delisea pulchrarnarine.
