Abstract
"ARREFECIMENTO DE LÍQUIDOS". Um líquido de abastecimento, por exemplo, uma gordura derretida, é formado dentro de, pelo menos, uma lâmina de partículas de escoamento, e é arrefecido, pelo direcionamento de criogênio sobre as partículas, a partir de ambos os lados da lâmina. Por este meio, um líquido derretido, tal como uma gordura, pode ser cristalizado por atomização.
