É apresentada uma unidade abastecedora de combustível, que pode permitir o uso de combustível a vapor para acionar um motor e melhorar a eficiência de combustível. A unidade abastecedora de combustível pode incluir um tanque vaporizador, uma fonte de aquecimento, um controle de temperatura e um sistema de monitoração e controle, configurado para controlar a misturação do ar ambiente com gasolina vaporizada para manter um nivel de hidrocarbonetos desejado em uma descarga.
