Abstract
INIBIDORES DE CITOCINA À BASE DE PIRAZOLONA BICÍCLICA. A presente invenção refere-se a 6,7-dihidro-5H-pirazol[1,2a] pirazol-1-onas que inibem a liberação extracelular de citocinas inflamatórias, sendo as ditas citocinas responsáveis por um ou mais estados doentios em seres humanos ou mamíferos superiores. A presente invenção refere-se, também, a composições que contêm as ditas 6,7-dihidro-5H-pirazol[1,2a] pirazol-1-onas e aos métodos para evitar, minorar ou, de outro modo, controlar a liberação de enzimas que, conforme se entende, são os componentes ativos responsáveis pelos estados doentios descritos aqui.
