Abstract
"COMPOSTOS DE PIPERAZINA SUBSTITUÍDOS USADOS COMO BLOQUEADORES DO CANAL DE CÁLCIO". Foram descobertos novos compostos de piperazina substituídos de fórmula (I) para serem úteis no tratamento de condições associadas com a função do canal de cálcio. Estes derivados de piperazina são úteis no tratamento de condições tais como derrame, dores, distúrbios de ansiedade, depressão, dependência, distúrbios gastrintestinais, distúrbios geniturinários, doenças cardiovasculares, epilepsia, diabete e câncer.
