Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE PRODUTOS ENRIQUECIDOS COM MALTITOL". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de produtos enriquecidos com maltitol e o dito processo compreende fracionamento por cromatografia de um xarope de maltose seguido por hidrogenação do mesmo em um produto enriquecido com maltitol líquido e opcionalmente solidificação ou cristalização do maltitol. O maltitol líquido, sólido e cristalino de diferentes purezas pode ser obtido por um processo único.
