Abstract
"FLUORCOMBRETASTATINA E DERIVADOS DA MESMA". A presente invenção refere-se a novos derivados de combretastatina de fórmula (I) obtidos por síntese total. A estratégia desenvolvida para cada um dos compostos é i) substituir hidrogênio por um halogênio (isto é, átomo de flúor) na ligação olefínica; ii) substituir um anel aromático em um produto natural com um anel amino-aromático. Os referidos compostos reconhecem e se ligam ao sítio da tubulina; são úteis para tratar estados patológicos que resultam da proliferação celular ou são exacerbados pela proliferação celular - como anticâncer e/ou atividade antiangiogênica, em um mamífero - para composições farmacêuticas compreendendo esses compostos.
