Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO DE LAVAGEM DE UTENSÍLIOS E MÉTODOS PARA FABRICAR E EMPREGAR". Uma composição detergente de lavagem de utensílios é fornecida acordo com a invenção. A composição detergente de lavagem de utensílios inclui um agente de limpeza, uma fonte alcalina e um inibidor de corrosão. O agente de limpeza compreende uma quantidade detersiva de um tensoativo. A fonte alcalina é fornecida em uma quantidade eficaz para fornecer uma solução de uso tendo um pH de pelo menos cerca de 8. O inibidor de corrosão inclui uma fonte de íon de alumínio e uma fonte de íon de zinco. Métodos para empregar e fabricar uma composição detergente de lavagem de utensílios são fornecidos.
