Composição de graxa de uréia para juntas de velocidade constante, que compreende óleo base, um ou mais compostos espessadores de uréia: A) um ou mais dialquilditiocarbamatos sulfurizados de molibdênio representados pela fórmula geral (I), em que R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ são independentemente escolhidos de grupos alquila de 1 a 24 carbonos, m + n = 4, m é de O a 3 e n é de 4 a 1, B) trifenilfosforotionato representado pela fórmula (II) e C) um ou mais sais metálicos do ácido esteárico.
