Abstract
"PELÍCULAS COM BASE EM ÓXIDO DE POLIETILENO E SISTEMAS DE LIBERAÇÃO DE DROGA FEITOS DELAS". A invenção refere-se aos produtos de película e métodos de sua preparação que demonstram uma heterogeneidade uniforme não-auto-agregante. Desejavelmente, as películas desintegram-se em água e podem ser formadas por um processo de secagem controlada, ou outro processo que mantém a uniformidade requerida da película. As películas contêm um componente polímero, que inclui óxido de polietileno opcionalmente misturado com polímeros celulósicos hidrofílicos. Desejavelmente, as películas também contêm um agente ativo farmacêutico e/ou cosmético com não mais do que uma variação de 10% do agente ativo farmacêutico e/ou agente ativo cosmético por área unitária da película.
