Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES PARA A SUB-REGULAÇÃO DA EXPRESSÃO DE CCR5 E MÉTODOS PARA SEU USO". A presente invenção refere-se à sub-regulação da expressão do receptor CCR5 de superfície através da manipulação do ciclo celular em linfócitos ativados pela administração de uma composição que interrompe a fase G1 do ciclo celular, desta forma reduzindo os sítios receptores para a entrada de HIV em células T, e, assim, os efeitos do HIV. Além disto, é descrita uma composição que inclui um agente de interrupção da fase G1 e um agente antiviral, onde a combinação aumenta de forma sinérgica a atividade do agente antiviral.
