Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES E MÉTODOS PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE MUTANTES DE GLICOSILAÇÃO DE HORMÔNIO DO CRESCIMENTO HUMANO". A presente invenção se relaciona a mutantes de hormônio do crescimento humano, que contêm sítios de glicosilação ligados a N ou ligado a O, recentemente introduzidos, de forma que esses polipeptídeos produzidos de forma recombinante têm padrões de glicosilação distintamente deferentes daqueles do hormônio do crescimento humano de ocorrência natural. As seqüências de codificação de polipeptídeos para os mutantes, cassetes de expressão compreendem as seqüências de codificação, células que expressam os mutantes e métodos para a produção dos mutantes também são revelados. Composições farmacêuticas que compreendem os mutantes e método para uso dos mutantes também são revelados.
