A invenção produz quantidades efetivas de dióxido de cloro em cinco minutos ou menos, sem a produção instantânea ou a perda de cloro do dióxido. A invenção adicionalmente inclui uma aparelhagem de distribuição para permitir a distribuição do sistema de múltiplos componentes, para permitir a produção in situ de dióxido de cloro.
