A presente invenção refere-se aos novos ésteres polietilenoglicólicos do ácido R-(+)-2-(4-cloro-2-metilfenóxi)-propiônico enriquecidos com enantiômeros e suas misturas desejáveis entre si, prestam-se acentuadamente como inibidores do enraizamento e podem ser aplicados como tais para a proteção de construções e de materiais de construção.
