Abstract
"MÉTODOS DE PROCESSAMENTO DE LIGAS DE MEMÓRIA DE FORMA DE NÍQUEL-TITÂNIO". Modalidades da presente invenção provêem métodos de processamento de ligas de níquel-titânio incluindo mais do que 50 até 55 percentuais atômicos de níquel para prover uma temperatura de transformação de austenita e/ou faixa de temperatura de transformação de austenita desejada. Em uma modalidade, o método compreende selecionar uma temperatura de transformação de austenita desejada e processar termicamente a liga de níquel-titânio para ajustar uma quantidade de níquel na solução sólida em uma fase TiNi da liga de níquel-titânio tal que uma temperatura de transformação de austenita estável é alcançada, onde a temperatura de transformação de austenita estável é essencialmente igual à temperatura de transformação de austenita desejada.
