O qual pode ser controlado através de controladores fixos na base da estrutura, servindo para içar clientes obesos e hospitalizados em geral, permitindo a remoção em macas de transporte e cadeiras para banho de aspersão e outras situações nas quais estes pacientes/clientes quando hospitalizados muitas vezes ficam vulneráveis as oscilações e condições físicas dos profissionais de saúde.
